Outpatient Stabilization (Day Treatment) offers the advantages of an intensive treatment program while allowing an individual to maintain and improve the quaility of their life in the community. The goals of this program are to promote stabilization of the acute crisis as well as the chronic elements of mental illness.  Evidence-based practices, such as Illness Management and Recovery, are an intergral part of this service. 

 

Within this program, there is a specific treatment methodology for individuals diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a specialized program that teaches self-containment skills and uses specific protocols for individual and group therapy.
