Behavioral Health Technician I -Child & Adolescent Group Homes

Provide supportive intervention, service linkage and skills training services to child and adolescent clients receiving services through Park Center's programs.  Minimum job qualification is a high school diploma or equivalent with at least two years related experience.  Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

Behavioral Health Technician I - Floater - Adult Group Homes

Provide supportive intervention, service linkage and skills training to adult clients receiving services through Park Center's programs.  Minimum job qualification is high school diploma or equivalent with at least two years related experience or associate's degree in a mental health field with no experience.    Applicants must have a flexible schedule and a valid driver's license.

 

Caseworker II - Home Based Services

With supervision, provide a range of services including monitoring and supportive intervention to Park Center's child, adolescent and adult clients by providing parenting education, goal directed services, strengths based services and communicating progress and problems with members of the treatment team.  Minimum job qualification is an associate's degree in a mental health field with two years experience or bachelor's degree in a mental health field with one year experience.  Applicant's must have a valid driver's license. Recovery Specialist II - C.T.T.  

Assist in providing supportive intervention, goal directed and recovery oriented services for adult clients receiving care through Park Center.  Minimum job qualification an associate's degree in a mental health field with one year experience or bachelor's degree in a mental health field with six months related experience.  Applicants must have a valid driver's license.  (2 openings available)

 

Behavioral Health Tech III - The Redwoods

Provide supportive intervention, service linkage and skills training services including individual, group and family intervention to child and adolescent clients receiving services through Park Center.  Minimum job qualification is an associate's degree in a mental health field with two to three years related experience or bachelor's degree in a mental health field with six to twelve months related experience.  Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

Hours available:  Tuesday - Saturday 2nd Shift

 

Wraparound Facilitator - Decatur, IN

Champion the Children's Mental Health Wraparound and Children's Mental Health Initiative program by assuring care is delivered in a manner consistent with strength-based, family-centered and culturally competent values.  Offer consultation and education to all providers, monitor progress toward treatment goals and assure all necessary data for evaluation is gathered and recorded.  Minimum job qualification is a bachelor's degree in a human services field with a minimum of three years clinical or management experience and demonstrated two or more years of clinical intervention skills.  Planning and management, quality development and implementation, and healthcare setting experience are strongly preferred.  Applicant's must have a valid driver's license.

Provide a full range of assessment, psychotherapeutic and counseling services to multiple ages and needs groups receiving care through Park Center.  Minimum job qualification is a master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related mental health field.  Park Center is a member of the National Health Service Corps loan forgiveness program.  Applicants must have a valid driver's license. Therapist I - Inpatient Services

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide assessments, therapy and psychoeducation services to complex patients receiving inpatient psychiatric care.  Minimum job qualification is a master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related mental health field. 

Hours available:  Monday - Friday 10am - 6:30pm

 

A/D Therapist I - Chemical Dependency

Provide a range of assessment, psychotherapeutic and counseling services to multiple ages and needs groups receiving care through Park Center's addiction services program.  Minimum job qualification is a master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related mental health field with a minimum of six months post master's work experience.  Alcohol & drug certification preferred or must be willing to be alcohol & drug certified within one year.  Applicant's must have a valid driver's license.

 

Therapist II -Home Based Services

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide a full range of client care and community consultation and education services to multiple ages and needs groups receiving care through Park Center.  Minimum job qualification is a master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related mental health field and at least one year post master's work experience or doctorate in psychology.  Appropriate state license.  Applicant's must have a valid driver's license.

 

Coordinator - In School Skills

Provide individual and team clinical supervision and consultation for the In School Skills Program staff to ensure cases assigned to caseworkers provide continuity of care, overcome system rigidity, fragmentation, mis-utilization and inaccessibility to child and adolescent clients receiving services through the educational system.  Minimum job qualification is a master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related mental health field.  Must be willing to actively pursue license for LCSW or LMHC.  Applicant's must have a valid driver's license.

 

Registered Nurse - Medication Clinic

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide a range of psychiatric nursing services to Park Center clients.  Minimum job qualification is a license as a RN by the State of Indiana and one year psychiatric experience.  Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

 

Therapist III - Decatur, IN

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide a full range of assessment, psychotherapeutic and counseling services (e.g., individual, group, family, marital therapy, etc.) to multiple age (children, adolescents adults, senior citizens) and needs (acute, chronically ill, substance abuse) groups receiving care through Park Center's programs.  May also provide clinical supervision. Substance abuse experience preferred.  Park Center is a member of the National Health Service Corps loan forgiveness program.  Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

 

Manager - Accounting

Provide supervision and day-to-day management of the Center's Accounting department by leading and directing the activities of assigned staff, developing and maintaining an effective accounting system to provide adequate controls over the Center's assets, maintaining an accounting system consisting of payroll, accounts payable, asset inventory, cash receipts and general ledger, preparing expense budgets, preparing financial reports for internal and external use, submitting vouchers to various government agencies and completing cost/benefit studies.  Minimum job qualification is a bachelor's degree in accounting and three to five years of progressively responsible accounting experience.  Proficiency in Excel and Access computer applications.  Healthcare experience preferred.

Provide supervision, service linkage and intervention services to Park Center's child and adolescent clients.  Minimum job qualification is a high school diploma or equivalent with at least two years related experience or associate's degree in a mental health field with no experience.  Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

Part Time Intervention Specialist III - Transitional Care Services

Provide intensive support and supervision, service linkage, intervention and skills training services to adult clients receiving services through Park Center's programs.  May provide services to clients with complex needs and provide program direction to other team members.  Minimum job qualification is an associate's degree in a mental health field with two to three years related experience or bachelor's degree in a mental health field with six to twelve months related experience.  Applicant's must have a valid driver's license. (2 openings)

Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse - Haven House

Provide a range of psychiatric nursing services including medication administration, transcription of physician's orders, medical treatments and required documentation in an adult residential facility.  Minimum job qualification is a license as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the State of Indiana and one year of direct care experience.  Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

Hours Available:  Saturday & Sunday 11am - 11pm

 

Part Time Therapist I - Priority Clinic

Provide a full range of client care and community consultation and education services, and respond to emergent situations with face to face assessment and coordination of necessary services.  Minimum job qualification is a master's degree in a mental health field with the ability to become licensed as a LCSW, LMHC or LMFT.   Applicant's must have a valid driver's license.

Hours available:  Monday - Thursday 5pm - 10pm

 

Part Time Registered Nurse - Inpatient Services

Administer medication, transcribe physician's orders and complete medical treatments to adult clients receiving services at the Inpatient Unit.  Minimum job qualification is a license by the State of Indiana as a RN and one year experience in a psychiatric setting. 

Hours available:  2nd shift, 32 hours/wk with alternating weekends.

 

Part Time Therapist II - Bluffton, IN

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide a full range of client care and community consultation and education services to multiple ages and needs groups receiving care through Park Center.  Minimum job qualification is a master's degree with state license as a LMFT, LMHC or LCSW or eligible to obtain license within six months of hire in social work, psychology, counseling or related mental health field, and at least one year post masters work experience.  Park Center is a member of the National Health Service Corp loan forgiveness program

Hours available:  20 hours/wk
