Intervention Specialist I – Transitional Care Services
Provide service linkage, intervention and ADL services to adult clients receiving services through Park Center. Minimum job qualification is a high school diploma or equivalent with at least two years related experience.
Applicants must have a valid driver's license.
Hours Available: Sunday – Thursday: 11 pm - 7 am
Behavioral Health Technician I - The Redwoods
Provide supportive intervention and skills training services to child and adolescent clients receiving services through Park Center programs.Minimum job qualification is a high school diploma or equivalent with at least two years related experience.
Applicants must have a valid driver's license.
Hours Available: Sunday; Tuesday -Thursday; Saturday 7 am - 3 pm
Caseworker II – Home-Based Services
Provide a range of services including monitoring and supportive intervention to Park Center's child and adolescent clients by ensuring continuity of care, conducting parenting education, and providing goal-directed and strengths-based services. Minimum job qualification is an associates degree in a mental health field, with two years experience.
Applicants must have a valid driver's license.
Therapist II– Home-Based Services
Provide a full range of assessment, psychotherapeutic and counseling services to (individual, group, family, marital therapy) multiple ages (children, adolescents, adults, senior citizens) and needs (acute, chronically ill, substance abuse) groups receiving care through Park Center’s programs. Minimum job qualification is a masters degree with state licensure as a LMFT, LMHC or LCSW or eligible to obtain licensure within six months of hire in social work, psychology, counseling or related mental health field, and at least one year post masters work experience.

Therapist I – Fort Wayne Outpatient Services
Provide a full range of assessment and counseling services to multiple ages and needs groups receiving care through Park Center’s programs. Minimum job qualification is a masters degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related mental health field, and a minimum of six months of post masters work experience.
